This policy is scoped honestly to what Denaro Pay is today: a waitlist website for a pre launch product. It will be replaced with a full policy before transfer services begin.
Effective June 2026.
What we collect today
When you join the early access list, we collect your email address, your zip code, and your language preference. We also collect basic, non identifying analytics about how the site is used (page views, device type, referrer).
Why we collect it
Only to notify you when Denaro opens in your area, and to understand which corridors and states people are asking for first.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it, except with the service providers that host the site and store the waitlist on our behalf, under contracts that limit them to that purpose.
How long we keep it
Until we email you that Denaro is open in your area, or until you ask us to delete you, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can request a copy of what we hold on you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to delete. Email privacy@denaropay.com from the address you signed up with and we respond within thirty days.
When transfers launch
This policy will be replaced with a full policy covering identity verification and transfer data, and we will notify the list before it takes effect.
